W2 Rate (all inclusive): $42.18 – $48.51/hr

Key Requirements
- Analyze Legacy data, and design Data Model for creating and executing the strategy for data migration of millions of subscribers and associated customer data from legacy to new systems
- Define the strategy for data migration to ensure bridging across legacy and new implementation
- Enterprise Data Modeling (Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams), training in EVA preferred but not mandatory
- Responsible for design and driving the enforcement of Migration Interface Error Handling and Logging Processes
- Accountable for ensuring the direction set by IT Management/Program Office, as well as ensuring best practices are followed across the migration development and test runs lifecycle
- Provide input to project planning, resourcing, and budgeting activities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of service oriented software development / data architecting experience.
- At least 5+ years functioning as a Data Architect
- Deep understanding of high available, high performance, distributed architectures
- Expertise in Data Modeling (Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Data Vault Modeling, etc.)
Practical Experience in at least 5 or more of the following:
- Experience in Amdocs CES implementation a plus, however it’s not mandatory
- EVA Extract Transform & Load
- Data Warehousing
- Data Mining
- Data Governance
- SQL, Stored Procedures, Database Triggers
- UML & OOA&D
- Database design & management (Oracle, MySQL, DB2, SQL Server)
